What to include.

Choosing or replacing a range hood

  • The complete model number of your existing hood, if you have it
  • Opening width and depth, and whether it hangs under a cabinet, on a wall or from the ceiling
  • Cabinet or ceiling height and the duct connection (size and where it exits)
  • Clear photos of the cooking area and the current installation. Don't remove a powered hood to take a photo.

Finding a replacement part

  • The hood model and a photo of its model plate or label
  • A photo of the old filter, light or part, next to a tape measure if you can
  • Your order number, if the question is about something you bought from us

We don't install range hoods. In the San Gabriel Valley we can refer you to a local technician. Just ask.
