What you can do at the showroom
- Compare hoods in person. See the size, finish, controls, lights and filters up close before you buy.
- Get help with the fit. Bring your cooktop width, cabinet or ceiling height and duct size, and we'll help you narrow it down to the models that fit.
- Pick up orders and parts. Pick up your online order, or buy replacement filters and lights for KSTAR hoods over the counter.
Picking up an online order
- Order on our website and choose Free pickup at our South El Monte showroom at checkout.
- We'll confirm by email or phone when your order is ready, usually the same or next business day.
- Come in Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, and bring your order number.

Warranty
KSTAR range hoods come with a 5-year warranty on the motor and a 1-year warranty on parts. Keep your invoice. See our warranty page for the full terms.
Installation
We don't install range hoods. If you're in the San Gabriel Valley, we can refer you to a local technician. Email us your city and the model you're getting.

Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Do you carry parts for older KSTAR hoods?
We stock replacement filters and lights, and can often help with parts for hoods that are several years old. Email us the model number and a photo of the part, and we'll check.
Can you recommend an installer?
Yes. In the San Gabriel Valley we can refer you to a local technician who installs range hoods.
